Lakeside Village

Want to see newly released movie, maybe grab a bite to eat, or even do some shopping? Located close to central Lakeland, Lakeside village has it all in between. This is a great place for people of all ages and abilities, with many things to do to keep you occupied.

Lakeside Village is an open air shopping mall that opened in 2005. Located just off the Polk Parkway, it draws shoppers from many of Lakeland’s metropolitan areas. It is classified as a regional mall, by the International Council of Shopping Centers. Since its opening, it has caused businesses close by the area to either close down, or relocate due to the competition it provides.

Lakeside Village has one and two story buildings, mainly for retail, but you will also find some office spaces etc. on the top floors.. It has a total retail floor area of 558,458 square feet, and 72 stores and services.

Dining

There is a nice variety of restaurants to choose from when it comes to dining at Lakeside Village. From quick eats, steak dinner, or foreign style food, you get to decide. A few of the more popular sit-down restaurants consist of Longhorn Steakhouse, Abuelo’s, Olive Garden, Mr. and Mrs. Crab, Glory Days, Chilis and more! For quicker bites to eat, there is Moe’s, Crispers, Burger 21, Pizzeria Valdiano, Thai Oishi, and a handful more.

Movies

Want to catch the new Marvel movie in IMAX and 3D? Maybe watch Disney’s newest princess movie with your daughter? Look no further, CMX Cinemas has 18 movie theatre rooms including IMAX and 3D if you’re up for the immersive experience. Their large selection of food and snacks is a great bonus as well.

Shopping

Shopping at Lakeside Village can be time consuming if you’re trying to stop in every store. With over 70 stores, there’s options for all types of people. From outlet stores, to top company locations such as Victoria’s Secret and Bed Bath & Beyond, you can enjoy a full day of shopping here at Lakeside.
